New version 0.02A

A new version (V0.02A) is available now. This includes the following:

• A new shooting mechanic, including a sound effect (for now, it's a placeholder and there is no visual effect. New sound effects coming soon). Press enter to shoot an enemy. 
• Revamped controls: Now you can move the "noni" (we are gonna call it like that for now) with AWSD. You can still move it with the arrows.
• A new 4th level.
• A score manager. Every time you die, it's reseted, so be careful.
• A new health system.
